I lost my temporary crown last Friday late in the afternoon. My dentist had already closed for the weekend. With my grandson’s help I found out that you were available on Saturdays. I made an appointment for the next day. Even though I arrived late you were able to see me and you reinserted the crown. Your prompt service was much appreciated even though I had never been to your dental clinic before. I will certainly recommend your dental clinic to my dentist. Many thanks, Christa Newton

Lisbeth was very helpful and sweet, I had a temporary crown that fell out and had to do a emergency visit to get another temporary crown because my dentist office was closed on the weekends. I set up an appointment and came in the same day. Great atmosphere and a great team. And also very efficient. Will eventually be back for any dental emergencies!

I have been a patient at HDA since 2019. I was at their office on January 9, 2026 for my routine cleaning. ⭐️The hygienist, Truc, was exceptionally great. Each time I have gone, I usually have a different hygienist. Truc was so welcoming and kind…. She explained in good detail some issues with some older fillings I have and she has such a gentle technique when it came to cleaning, polishing, and flossing my teeth. I hope in the future to be in her care as I found her to be very personable and professional. And as I stated earlier, she has a very gentle touch. ⭐️One suggestion I would like to make is to have name tags for the hygienists (and the doctors too!) in the practice. Since I am usually seen by a different hygienist each visit, it would be nice if they had name tags so that I didn’t have to ask each time what their name is. It seems like a small thing, but to me, it provides an initial connection when you first sit in the chair that I think would be beneficial. The doctors and staff at HDA are very friendly and it is obvious they care about each patient’s needs. I have had several crowns re-done and have had skin grafts for gum recessions and I have had very few problems or issues each time I have had a procedure.

Thank you Dr. Mo for your expertise, professionalism, patience and kindness! Dr Mo’s dentistry is truly a work of art with perfection. I also had my my deep cleaning done with Jessica the dental hygienist and she was so gentle, patient and comforting. She took her time and made sure I left with a big smile showing off my sparkling clean teeth! Overall HDA is an amazing dental team and extremely professional.

All three doctors at the practice are very experienced, friendly, and gentle. My boyfriend and I have had a lot of work done at this practice and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a simple filling all the way to dental implants. Also, scheduling is easy and communication is very good. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I came in with sudden, intense pain and significant swelling, and they were able to see me on a Sunday with just one day’s notice. That alone speaks volumes about their commitment to patient care. Although I ultimately needed two teeth extracted, the entire experience was handled with incredible professionalism and compassion. Dr. Ibrahim was outstanding. He continuously checked in on my pain level, made sure I was comfortable, and adjusted sedation as needed, which made a huge difference in easing my anxiety and discomfort. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. I am truly grateful and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of urgent or routine dental care.

Excellent service! I called on a Saturday at 5:00 AM regarding an emergency, and they took my call. I then arrived at the office at 7:00 AM; they treated me very well and resolved my pain. I went back today for a routine check-up on other teeth, and Dr. Mo was very kind and attentive. He is very helpful, pleasant, and a true professional—as is his entire team. I highly recommend them.

There is no dentist like Dr. Mo. He is truly the best dentist I’ve ever worked with. I refuse to go to anyone else. He did a flawless job on pulling out my wisdom teeth. I also love all of his hygienist and assistance. The whole staff is so friendly and I love this office so much.

We were so pleased, with our appointment for my dad. He’s a new patient and we had a dental emergency. They were able to fit him in same day when his travel dentist office was not able to fit him in until two weeks later. The dentist and staff were so patient and kind with him. We highly recommend Herndon Dental Arts. If we could give them a six out of five stars, we would have done so.

I would like to honestly share my experience today at Herndon Dental Arts as a patient who has visited many dental clinics. The clinic is very organized and clean, and everything is handled in a highly professional manner. Dr. Mo is a very diplomatic doctor who approaches patient concerns with patience and care, always striving to find the best solutions. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Fatima, the assistant, for her organized, precise, and highly skilled work, as well as her kind and professional attitude. I also extend my thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and dedication. As a colleague in the same field, I was truly impressed by the strong team spirit and cooperation in meeting the patient’s needs. They make you feel as if you are the only patient in the clinic, with all the attention and care focused entirely on you. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend this clinic with complete confidence.
